De-Stress Saturday

With so much to see and do on the weekend, do you ever find yourself feeling overwhelmed?  


All year long we’ve been asking patrons to take part in our Mental Fitness Challenge, and July is all about trying stress management techniques. We’ve set aside two Saturday mornings here at the library for you take part in some relaxing, self-paced events. Join for a mid-morning chill out. We’ll have puzzles, adult coloring books, and LEGOs. We’ll also have FREE tea and snacks.  


Stop by the Community Room anytime between 10am and noon.
