Universal Class: Lifelong learning courses in over 30 subject areas, many of which offer continuing education units (CEUs). More than 500 courses are available, and all are designed and led by professional instructors to build deeper understanding and mastery of subject matter. Niche Academy: An online learning platform that provides tutorials that teach people how to use library e-Resources like eBooks, research databases, and language learning tools. Library patrons have access to more than 20 tutorials through the Ulster County Library Association and Niche Academy. You can find Niche Academy by visiting the Ulster County Library Association Info Portal and clicking on the “Tutorials” button at the bottom, and scrolling through the slideshow to find the tutorial you’re looking for. JobNow from Brainfuse: Practical tools to help you get a job, including career resources, resume, and interview help. JobNow also provides lifelong learning resources for those looking to brush up on their academic skills. You can use the online version of JobNow to get started. You can also access JobNow through the Brainfuse app available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store when you’re on the go. NOVELny : NOVELny is an online library of hundreds of magazines, newspapers, maps, charts, research and reference books that are available to every New Yorker, free of charge. Available as long as you are in New York State.

Academic OneFile: With your library card, you currently have access to 10 databases covering topics ranging from general interest to business information through Gale Cengage Learning. Academic OneFile is an interdisciplinary research database featuring full-text articles from leading academic journals, magazines, books, news sources, and more. General OneFile: With your library card, you currently have access to 10 databases covering topics ranging from general interest to business information through Gale Cengage Learning.
