Kingston Library makes rooms available for public use on a first-come, first-served basis during regular library hours of operation.


Rooms can now be requested online using the form below. Room requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the event. Staff will review your request and you will receive notification within 48 business hours. If you have not received an answer after 48 hours, call the Circulation Desk at 845.331.0507.


Please check our hours here. All room reservation requests are subject to approval by the Library Director (or designee). Such approval is based on room availability and Kingston Library’s needs (which always take priority). Please note that demand for rooms is often very high. Indemnification forms and/or a certificate of liability insurance coverage listing the Kingston Library as an additionally insured may be required.
