Boost Your Immune System: Learn to Move to Reduce Inflammation in the Body

This workshop will introduce the physiological components of the immune system and demonstrate how to tap into these structures, bringing awareness and strength through breathing techniques, an acupressure routine, and movement exercises. A compromised immune system is common after cancer treatment and strengthening the immune response can aid in one’s journey to feeling strong and energized again.

 

This lecture-demonstration is not limited to cancer patients and applies to anyone looking to boost their immune system.
