The Biggest, The Strongest, The Bravest: Worldwide Folktales told with Shadow Puppetry
Ron Sopyla
Join us for storyteller Ron Sopyla’s very special worldwide folktales told with shadow puppetry and participatory storytelling and find some answers to life’s big mysteries. How can you escape from a tiger, a wolf and a bear? What’s the best use for a giant pumpkin? What happens when you eat a whale whole? How can you rid your house of a pesky ghost? Who really is the biggest, the strongest, the bravest? Does it matter? To learn the answers to these and other important questions come to the library! Listen, laugh, sing, chant, and learn!
Free. The show is intended for school-age children. The 2020 Super Saturdays Performance Series is funded by the Friends of Kingston Library and the Stewart’s Foundation.
