The Constitution is more than famous amendments and familiar phrases; it’s a living document that continues to shape our rights, freedoms, and responsibilities. Constitution Day, observed each year on September 17, marks the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787.
Join Professor Roger Berkowitz, Founder and Academic Director of the Hannah Arendt Center at Bard College, as he takes us beyond the usual talking points to explore what the Constitution really means for us today.

A Professor of Politics, Philosophy, and Human Rights, Roger Berkowitz writes and speaks about how justice is made present in the world.
