Origami Spring Foldfest – Butterfly, Ladybug, and Tulip with Anita Barbour

Saturday, May 14 • 10:30am – 1pm

Join us to explore the Japanese art of paper folding. Create some origami spring garden creatures and flowers.

Anita Barbour, who has been designing origami for more than 40 years, is the author of Easy Origami Ornaments: A Step-by-Step Guide.

Origami is the Japanese name for the ancient art of paper folding. Sheets of paper, usually squares, are folded – no cuts, no glue – to create animals, geometric shapes, or whatever captures the designer’s imagination.
