Everyone is welcome to join in this weekly meditation group. It’s an opportunity to build community and start, or strengthen, your meditation practice. During the hour session we practice breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation. There is also time for asking questions and group discussion. This is a live version of Radio Kingston’s MINDFUL, hosted by Shawn every Sunday morning on 107.9FM
