Do you ❤️ the Library? Want to be involved in your community or curious about how you can make a difference? Learn more about the rewarding work of supporting the library through the Friends of the Library.

The Friends support the library in concrete, meaningful ways. This 100% volunteer nonprofit funds the Teen Action Group (pizza, stipends, and all), covers staff continuing education, advocates for the freedom to read and for library funding, and volunteers at programs and outreach events. Many Friends balance this work alongside full-time jobs and caring for children, contributing in ways that fit their lives.

Friends, supporters, and anyone interested are welcome to attend the meeting in person at the library. A Zoom option is also available. Whether you’re already involved or just curious, they’d love to see you there.

The Friends meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 6pm.
