Trustee-Director Relationship
  1. Director

    1. The director has the responsibility to execute the policies and resolutions of the Board of Trustees.
    2. The director attends meeting of the Board of Trustees and has the right to speak on all subjects under discussion, but does not have the right to vote.
    3. The director recommends new services and policies, which are placed into operation once approved by the Board of Trustees.
