From New Paltz and South

Follow Rt. 32N to Kingston until Rt. 32 seems to end. There will be a Stewart's gas station on your left. Across the intersection, you will see a yellow blinking light. Follow the signs for Rt. 32 to the LEFT of the yellow blinking light. Proceed one block and turn RIGHT onto Henry St. Proceed six blocks or until you see Prospect Street. Turn left onto Prospect Street. Go past two stop signs and the library is on the left.

From Downtown Kingston

Proceed north up Broadway past Kingston High School and UPAC. Make a left on Franklin Street. There is a Sunoco gas station at the corner on your left. Proceed one block. Make a right on Prospect Street. The library is on the left.

From the New York State Thruway

Take Exit 19 (Kingston). From the traffic circle (roundabout) take the third exit for Broadway (I-587). At the traffic light follow signs for Rt. 32S onto Broadway. Proceed straight through the first light at the Broadway Lights Diner. Turn RIGHT onto Franklin Street. A Sunoco station will be at the corner. Proceed one block. Make a RIGHT onto Prospect Street. The library is on the left.

From the Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge

After crossing the bridge, stay on Route 199, which turns into Route 209. Follow this until you see the exit for Route 28 (Kingston). Follow Route 28 towards Kingston until you reach the traffic circle. From the traffic circle (roundabout) take the third exit for Broadway (I-587). At the traffic light follow signs for Route 32 South onto Broadway. Proceed straight through the first light at the Broadway Lights Diner. Turn RIGHT onto Franklin Street. A Sunoco station will be at the corner. Proceed one block. Turn RIGHT onto Prospect Street. The library is on the left.

From the Saugerties Area

From the Saugerties vicinity take Route 9W southbound past the malls in the Town of Ulster. Just after Boices Lane continue to bear right onto Ulster Ave. Follow Ulster Avenue until you see signs for Route 32 South and Broadway. Turn LEFT onto Route 32 South/Broadway. Proceed straight through the first light at the Broadway Lights Diner. Turn RIGHT onto Franklin Street. A Sunoco station will be at the corner. Proceed one block. Turn RIGHT onto Prospect Street. The library is on the left.

From Port Ewen, Highland and the Mid-Hudson Bridge

Follow Route 9W North. Past Port Ewen, 9W north crosses the Roundout Creek. Continue up the hill, and at the top of the hill, bear RIGHT onto the ramp which leads to Delaware Ave. At Hasbrouck Avenue turn RIGHT. At East Chester Street turn LEFT. At Broadway turn RIGHT. Continue on, passing the Burger King. Proceed north up Broadway past Kingston High School and UPAC. Turn LEFT onto Franklin Street. A Sunoco gas station is on the corner on your left. Proceed one block. Turn RIGHT onto Prospect Street. The library is on the left.
